On Friday, January 31, the Platteville JV girls basketball team defeated the visiting Dodgeville Dodgers. After being tied 12 to 12 with about four minutes until halftime, the girls exploded and won going away.

Leading the way for the Hillmen were Lizzie Poller and Ellie Temperly with eleven points each. Other scorers included Hailey Weigel (9), Emma Rooney (5), Emily Philipps (5), Lexie Ludlum (2), Gwyneth Erickson (2) and Emma Pennekamp (2).

The girls are back in action on Monday, February 3 at Cuba City. Good luck ladies!
