Platteville Hillmen softball defeated East Dubuque Warriors 15-12 on a windy afternoon in Illinois. The ball was flying out of the ballpark with the Hillmen connecting on 4 home runs
by 2 players. Kiah Williams celebrated her 17th birthday with 2 home runs, one a 3-run shot in the 3rd inning. She finished the day going 3-4, 2HR, 1BB, 3R, 5RBI. Delaney Johnson joined the fun with 2 shots of her own. Both solo home runs in the 4th and 7th innings.
Johnson finished 3-5, 2HR, 3R, 2 RBI. All 9 Hillmen batters had at least one hit on the night with the team bursting out with 21 hits.
